Juju Travels (https://jujutravels.in) is a direct-booking directory operated from Swaroop Bungalow, Shahunagar, Panchgani, Maharashtra 412805, India. For any question about this policy or your data, write tostay@jujutravels.in.

2. What we collect

Enquiry details — the name, phone number, email, dates, guest count and free-text message you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
Analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type, referring site, and clicks on enquiry buttons. Only collected if analytics is enabled and you accept the cookie notice.
Technical data — the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment card details. We do not ask for identity documents. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and check availability with the property.
To send you a quote, a hold confirmation, or directions to the property.
To understand which pages and guides are useful, so we can improve them.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share your enquiry details with the specific property you are asking about, and with nobody else. Our service providers — Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Google Analytics (if enabled) — process data on our instructions under their own standard terms. We do not share data with OTAs or advertising networks.

5. Cookies

The site works without cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish sessions. You can block these in your browser without affecting the site's functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the date of the last contact, so we can recognise repeat guests and resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. After that, records are deleted or aggregated.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time. Write tostay@jujutravels.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Enquiries about a stay involving children should be made by a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check it before sending us personal data.
