1. What Juju Travels is

Juju Travels is a discovery and enquiry service. We publish information about accommodation on the Panchgani–Mahabaleshwar plateau and pass your enquiry to the property. We are not the accommodation provider. The contract of stay is between you and the property owner, and their house rules, cancellation policy and settlement terms apply.

2. Information on this site

Property descriptions, photographs, pool dimensions, distances and amenities are prepared from an in-person inspection and updated as properties change. Rates are indicative and confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before any payment. We try hard to be accurate, but properties are run by independent owners and things change — always confirm the specific detail you care about with us before you travel.

3. Availability and pricing

Nothing on this site constitutes a confirmed reservation.
Weekday, weekend and peak rates are shown separately. Peak windows include Diwali, 20 December to 2 January, and long weekends.
A booking is confirmed only when the property has acknowledged it in writing and any agreed advance has been received by the property.

4. Payments

We do not collect payment on this website. Advance payments and balances are settled directly with the property, usually by UPI or bank transfer. Always pay to an account confirmed by the property in writing, and never to an account supplied by a third party who contacted you separately.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each property and are shared with your quote. We will always pass on the property's policy in writing before you pay. Disputes about refunds are between you and the property; we will help mediate and provide records of what was agreed.

6. Property rules

Guest limits, quiet hours, pool safety rules, pet rules and meals arrangements are set by the property. Exceeding the stated occupancy, or breaching house rules, may result in the stay being ended without refund.

7. Our content

The text, layout, illustrations and photography on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may link to any page freely. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the accuracy of our own listings and for handling your enquiry properly. We are not liable for the conduct of a property, for weather, road closures, ghat traffic restrictions, or other events outside our control. This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Satara, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
