Yes. Every listing shows three separate rates — weekday, weekend and peak (Diwali, 20 December to 2 January, and long weekends). Check the peak rate before committing to those dates.
At some properties, for a kitchen-use charge. It is noted on the individual listing. Where it is not allowed, the in-house kitchen is usually better value anyway.
